Order and Delivery Terms

After registering on the website, you add your selected items to the cart, fill in all the necessary fields, and proceed with the payment.

Payment methods available:

• Bank card
• Idram application
• Bank transfer

You can also pay in cash or by card upon delivery.

Delivery is carried out during the store's working hours within 2-24 hours after placing the order.

Product Exchange/Return

Products purchased from the Rivoli de Luxe store or the rivolideluxe.com website (except for certain items) are eligible for exchange or return within 14 days of purchase.

The main condition for exchange/return is the presence of a sales receipt.

To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must be:

• Unused
• In a saleable condition
• In its original packaging
• If the item was purchased in-store, it can only be returned or exchanged at the same store
• Online purchases can be exchanged or returned by visiting the physical store

Refund Policy

If the returned item meets the specified conditions, a refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
For card payments, the refund will be credited back to the card within a few days, depending on the bank.

Important: In the case of a non-cash refund, the transaction can only be processed by the person who initially made the payment.

Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled before it has been shipped. If the order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible.
